Laser Communicator

Light, amplified and stimulated
A cable’s length is emulated.
Vocal cords emit a monologue
Its signal obviously analog.
But digitized it travels
And on the other side unravels.
A speaker re-assembles
A sound my voice resembles.

It Came From the Gutter

I’m not sure what this is but it was in the gutter in an industrial park. It looks to me like some sort of evil experiment gone wrong. Now the black slime has escaped its confines and is looking for a way to become mobile and take over the world. Or something.

That Group of Pages

When I read a book, I’m often immediately drawn to that group of pages in the middle that have darker or lighter edges. They are usually made out of thicker, glossy material and bear photos, illustrations, or some important aside. They are also sometimes the only part of the book worth looking at.
